OK, I have 2 wokers splitting a shift through out the week.

I created a third account called split shift that they both log into. The problem is when they send e-mail, it is frim split shift. I changed the name split shift absolutely everywhere I could think of in AD except for the logon name and cannot get then to send an e-mail and have it be shown as from anyone other than split shift.

Any ideas?

I am using Exchange 2003.

Thanks
Matt

You can grant the split shift account permissions to "send as" the users. One last place to check the name is in the email address tab, x400 properties.

Start, Help. You'll be surprised what's there. A+/MCP/MCSE/MCDBA

Thanks, I ended up right clicking the user account and renamed everything except for the log on name. It did not work until I tested the next day. Exchange must have done an account maintenance or something that picked up the changes.

Thanks for you reply

Matt
