The only one the scan did not really like was:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [VerizonServicepoint.exe] "C:\Program Files\Verizon\VSP\VerizonServicepoint.exe" /AUTORUN

"It seems that the name of this program is the same as the name of the file. In the most cases this is the result of trojans. To be sure, you should check this file."

You have a bunch of unknowns that you should look at and you can copy and past your log file results into the link below.

Download and run Avast (Free Antivirus) and when prompted to do a "boot time" scan, click yes.

Sorry, but I strongly disagree here.

Verizon isn't the perp;

1.)
Unless you really, really want to use bit Torrent, get rid of this one:
C:\Program Files\DNA\btdna.exe

It is Bit Torrent, i.e. will probably create a hidden data stream. not good.

2.) Get rid of all of these:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [b8010c94] rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\system32\twyossfd.dll",b

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [BitTorrent DNA] "C:\Program Files\DNA\btdna.exe" (Optional, refer to 1.))

O20 - AppInit_DLLs: mldqpi.dll chcvfa.dll llcapm.dll rcterr.dll vgdieh.dll psgsac.dll kuqplb.dll avgrsstx.dll C:\WINDOWS\system32\ruvaluno.dll c:\windows\system32\yovasuji.dll c:\windows\system32\gayujoje.dll svpkka.dll exguxr.dll dvesam.dll uikcbu.dll
O22 - SharedTaskScheduler: STS - {EC43E3FD-5C60-46a6-97D7-E0B85DBDD6C4} - c:\windows\system32\gayujoje.dll (file missing)

This is deffo malware!

Also start in Safe mode, empty ALL temp folders, including those for other profiles / "all users".

Good luck!

MakeItSo is correct. He just found all of your "unknowns" that HijackThis found. Additionally, nobody said Verizon was the perp. HijackThis did not like it as stated by the quotes.

Sorry, bkirkpatrick. Of course. Misread that.
