How to remove Trojan TR/Ladder

Delete the file.
You do not specify your OS. You may need to come in as Admin to delete it. That failing, restart and come in under Safe Mode. Delete it. Restart. If running ME/XP, be sure you've got system restore disabled before removal, else it'll be back. You'll ned to elaborate. What do you mean by "doesn't work anymore?" You don't want it operational when doing virus/trojan cleanup, because it'll just throw the bug back on your pc at reboot.
