I followed all the steps and removed the outbound transfer option however in the report it still show the transf to the unknown phone number I'm just trying to find the location of the transf to remove the number
If you have turned off the call forwarding than it won't forward. The # is still in there for when you want to turn it on again.
Just re-read all the posts...if you have removed the outbound transfer & off prem notification from C.O.S. you won't even get the choice to turn call fwd on or off!
Just verify the m/box is in the C.O.S. you changed.
