How to remove transf from phone toll fraud hacker added

below is the copy from the call pilot voicemail report
the transf and the phone number should not be there

Remove the "outbound transfer" option from all the class of services.



 
I followed all the steps and removed the outbound transfer option however in the report it still show the transf to the unknown phone number I'm just trying to find the location of the transf to remove the number
 
it is in the mailbox itself .
can only be removed and disabled from there
make sure this mailbox owner changes the password

I looked at the phone and did the following

logged in through f981
option 8 for admin
option 2 greetings or cancel call forwarding
option 3 setup or cancel call forwarding
then turned it off

But it still shows the transf on the report for the extension

any ideas
 
open mailbox '
press 8 for admin
press 8 for outbound transfer
1 to change or delete

2 to turn off

just listen to the prompts

If you have turned off the call forwarding than it won't forward. The # is still in there for when you want to turn it on again.
Just re-read all the posts...if you have removed the outbound transfer & off prem notification from C.O.S. you won't even get the choice to turn call fwd on or off!
Just verify the m/box is in the C.O.S. you changed.
 
I have outbound transfer off/disabled, so I thinking that is why I do not have an option 8
 
So why is the report still showing i have a transf setup along with the number
 
because it is setup
but since you denied it in the cos it can't be used
to get rid of it you could delete the mailbox and redo it
