How to remove the IE toolbar when opening a new window

Hi, doesnt anyone know the html code so that when i am to click on the link it opens up in a different window without the IE tooldbar.... I have the coding so the link opens in a different window, i just need it so the new window does not have the internet explorer toolbar at the head of the page.

A side note... It is gnerally a bad thing to do pop-ups and toolbar/menubar less windows... I should be able to chose how to browse your site, not the other way arround. If you try to take over my browsing prefrences, I don't stay on your site. Lots of people feel this way, and by frustrating users you lose vistors to your site.

Fact is that i need this to be the case....as people with small screen resolutions cannt see the lobby where they are typing if the Internet explorer tooldbar at the head of the page is there. Its for a simple pool backdoor.
