How to remove Teleworker from phone so I can re-assign to another? 1

I have two phones that I need to remove the Teleworker from so I can assign the teleworker licenses to different phones. When I take the license away from the phone, it prompts "TW License Required - Contact TW Admin". What has to happen at the phone set so it understands that it is not a teleworker anymore? Phones are 5220 models.

boot the phone hold 7 key and delete tw settings

you need to remove the users from the TW server.

Resetting the TW address in the phone simply prevents the phone from being a TW set but does not de-assign the license.

Holding the 7 key while booting and deleting the teleworker config worked like a charm. I did know how to remove the teleworker license assigned the phone, but thanks anyway kwbMitel.
