Hi,

We have recently made some changes to our circuits. I have edited the RLI so 0,1,2 are our 3 choice routes, however the RLI has 0,1,2,3,4,5 entries and I would like to remove 3,4,5.

Do I have to out the RLI completely and then rebuild it? In which case I will need to do OOH so as not to affect service?

Below is the RLI.,........

Thanks.

Thanks guys the x3 etc worked perfect!

The Initial Set (ISET) is the list of ENTRs in a Route List which the system will attempt to complete a call before checking for Off-Hook Queuing (OHQ) or Call Back Queuing (CBQ), aka Ring Again

A really neat trick is to set your ENTRs like 2 4 6 8, which allows you to easily re-organize choices if something fails.

So, if the Route on ENTR 2 failed, you could create an ENTR 1 with the same Route as ENTR 4. then when the circuit comes back up, just X1 and you are back to the origonal setup
