Can anyone tell me how to delete a system from Avaya Site Administrator? For the life of me I can't figure it out. We just upgraded to a new system and I'd like to get rid of the old.

Thanks!

On the Browser Bar (left-hand column) there are two tabs at the bottom: Tasks & Trees. Click on the Trees tab. All your systems are listed abphabetically. As long as there are no scheduled tasks, select the system that you want to delete, right click and choose 'Delete'.

I am looking for an Avaya Maintenance Manual that lists error and alarm types, listed as ERR TYPE in Avaya Site Administration "Display Error" page of the ASA. I have followed the links on the Avaya website but when I got to the page for the Manual the page was disabled, frustrated!! Any help greatly appreciated

Gkurcon, make sure the station (phone) you are trying to remove does not have anything else linked to it, as in
Off-PBX configs, voicemails in the que etc. That will make the removal very easy. In the Avaya Site Administrator navigate to the extension for the phone, right click, remove. That should do it.

Hi russpa,

I think you may have mis-read my original post. I was looking for the procedure to delete an entire voice system from ASA, not just a station. We had upgraded to a new system with new settings and I wanted to clear out the old system in ASA. 4merAvaya had the procedure that I needed...but thanks for the help anyways.

Wow! Sorry, I did miread it, that was a really big oversight!
