how to refresh a tab on a property sheet???????!!!!!

can anyone plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz tell me how i can Apply all the changings on all tabs of property page without re-executing the application??????
right now i m populating the list cntrl in "onInitDialog( )"
if i do all the functionality in "OnShowWindow" function as it is called on every show of propertypage then it is creating random number of columns in list cntrl....
n if del those columns prior to populate it its giving me Assertion errorrrrrr. (((((
plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz someone help me.

I am not able to gather. Do you want to create some list columns in one tab and take some action in other tabs depending on that ?
Pl. write in detail , possibly with some sode sbippet.
