How to Redirect A DID

I have this DID 0519 set to ring to a ACD group of 5103. I need step by step instructions on how to set this DID to ring to this DNB 6727.

Currently this DID 0519 rings to a ACD group 5103 when you dial from outside: (XXX)XXX-0519 .

I now need it to ring her extension of 6727. So now when someone dials from outside (XXX)XXX-0519 it will ring her extension of 6727.
