Dear all:

By accident I changed the supervisor password in SQL. Does anybody know how can I recover it without reintalling the software?

Thanks in advance.

JA.

You should call Macola support. This is not the appropriate place for a response.

Kevi,

I supose you are right. However, the company I work for, does not have a maitenance contract with Macola at this time, as a matter of fact we just implemented JD Edwards, but we still inquire some historical data in Macola. Is there anyway you can e-mail me the answer to my question?

Tks!

JA.

Kevin should be commended for his response.

However if you contact me through my website, and I can call your company and talk to the controller, president, etc., and they tell me you are authorized for this, I can fix this for you. I will not do this without a certain amount of due diligence.

Both Kevin and dgillz are correct, that is information that is not appropriate in this forum.

That said, I've been in the same boat and dgillz helped me out then and I would recommend him now.

And for the price paid to JD Ewards, they can't help?

Followup:

This person is not legit, IMHO. He emailed me with a letter from his GM. I responded and said that was not good enough, I had to talk to a Controller, President, etc., and I needed a phone# that I could verify as a valid # for the company.

No response after that.
