How to Recover Inbox using a OST file (Outlook)

Hello,

I accidently deleted all my e-mails from my Inbox in Outlook 2003. All e-mails are stored on the Exchange server so once I deleted my Inbox it deleted everything in my PST file as well. Although, i can see my OST file is still about 400megs and wanted to know if its possible to recover my e-mails from my OST file. Thank you.
