Dear all!
I have a problem, i don't still understand about annoucement which my exchange has it.
I enter command below:
radnp:vsid=1;
RECORDED ANNOUNCEMENT DIRECTORY NUMBER INFORMATION
VSID DIR CAT
1 40991 10

<raeqp:vsid=1;
RECORDED ANNOUNCEMENT EQUIPMENT
VSID BPOS COMPR
1 1-1-50 YES

<radsp:ann=all;
RECORDED VOICE ANNOUNCEMENT DEVICE SELECTION DATA
ANN VSID EMDEV
1 1
2 1
3 1
4 1
<ramdp:ann=all;
RECORDED VOICE ANNOUNCEMENT MESSAGE DATA
ANN MSG EWT
1 1
2 2
3 3
4 4
<ragap:grp=all;
GROUP ANNOUCEMENT DATA
GRP WELCOM QUEUE CONT REPQUE CIDREQ EWTA QTIME RTIME
2222 3 NO

dial 40991, record my messages:
- Recording: 2* msg-number# recording #
- Playing: 1 * msg-number#
- Delete: 3* msg-number#

MSG=1: It is : " vacan't number" msg
MSG=2: It is: " follow-me external" msg
MSG=3: It is: " wellcom before answer"

But i don't know:
Why dose my MD11O system understand MSG=1,2,3. When i dial to vacan't number or follow-me number then my exchange has annoucements above. what reference parameter (what code list) dose my md110 use?
And what parnum=? for those cases?

Thanks!

Hi!

Text of the announcement is not allowed to use anything such as the case of vacant number. For example, you can use in case of external diversion, text for before answer, and for group.

For external diversion: ASPAC: PARNUM=142,PARVAL=xx; xx=announcement number
For paging diversion: ASPAC: PARNUM=141,PARVAL=xx; xx=announcement number
For normal diversion: ASPAC: PARNUM=140,PARVAL=xx; xx=announcement number
For diversion to operator: ASPAC: PARNUM=143,PARVAL=xx; xx=announcement number

For welcome before answer: RACEI:DIR=EXTENSION NUMBER,WELCOM=xx; xx=announcement number

For group:
RAGAI:GRP=GROUP NUMBER, WELCOM=x, QUEUE=xx, REPQUE=xxx;
x - welcom message
xx- all busy message
xxx - long time busy message

I think you are taking about the Vocal Guidance feature. Try RACEP with voct=all
