How to ReCap Product codes

I am a beginning user of Crystal Reports X . I want to add a page to a report Titled 'RE-CAP' and group all the product codes and amounts( in ascending code order) in a summary fashion ie.

Code Amount
30 $1,011.82
32 45.68

How do I group the codes and dollar amounts? thanks in advance.

I did and it displays in 'Preview" as:


30 (row #1Name) | state sales Tax(row #2Name)| Amount

It looks like I can drag the description to the product code field, but I can't.

How is that different from what you said you wanted? If you want them in the same cell, then instead of using either row field, create a formula that concatenates them as in:

{table.code} + " "+{table.codedescription}

Then use this formula as your row field.
