Hi all - having a bit of a time figuring out how to configure ESN to re-route PSTN calls to DID numbers at other sites over our SIP trunks. We have UDP location codes set up over SIP trunking and all works great, but our users are creatures of habit and/or have speed dial numbers set up for colleagues DID numbers at other offices. So I'm wanting to configure ESN to look for 9-1-613-555-1234 for example, and DMI it to 6-222-1234 and route it out the SIP trunk route, but ESN doesn't let me enter this under NPA or Special Numbers sections. This seems really easy but I'm stumped, any help?

If you want to "drill down" to those specific numbers, then this will work

Create an RLI that routes over your SIP trunk route

Make 1613 an SPN

On the SPN 1613...
Set the proper RLI for all other calls in 1613
At SDRR, enter ARRN
at ARRN enter 5551234
at ARLI enter the RLI you created in the first bullet point.

Make 222 an SPN

On the SPN 222...
Set the proper RLI for all other calls in 222
At SDRR, enter ARRN
at ARRN enter 1234
at ARLI enter the RLI you created in the first bullet point.

another possible, enter the nxx's as full 7 digit number..

nxx 434 1234 can now point to rlb 1234.. then use dgt to send it..

that requires a rlb per did.. (lots of extra code).. here i would send the misdial to a recording that states, dial the correct number of find a job that you are smart enough to handle
