I have messed up my Outlook Express inbox, and would like to re-download the messages on my POP3 server. (I set up to leave messages for 14 days on server.) I am guessing there must be some message counter stored somewhere that I could delete and force OE to re-read all messages on server, but I cannot find it. Anybody know how to do this?

Thanks!

The easiest (not the quickest) way would be to recreate the account in Express log-on and re-download everything.

You can also (depending on what version of express you are using) just move the 'inbox.idx' out of the Outlook Data dir. log on and send and receive all.

I'd go for the first option if your unsure about express file types.

Give me a shout if you have any further probs.
