Using 9.0.8 VMPro. We have about 100 HG's, some of which get dozens of msgs a day. I wrote a front end web app that launches webVM and logs the Admin into each hg for ease of use, but knowing how many New VMs are waiting in each HG has proven problematic. This isn't stored in the CCR SQL db anywhere. I have set up a queue view in CCR, but it times out often and requires another screen.

Is there a way to query this info for a named or numbered HG? I've searched high and low to no avail. I see CCR has several web services, but I have no reference for how to use them. I've tried browsing them w the Visual Studio ws browser as well as Storm, but get access errors.

Help!

Yes it does, except multiple operators cannot have that application open on their desktop at the same time and be responsive and check voicemails. I did figure out that LASTATUS.TXT holds the key to this Mystery. I suppose I can call that file into memory for each group and parse the results, but I was hoping for something more elegant. I guess that was wishful thinking with this platform...

visual voicemail would work as well but with over a 100 mailboxes that would be a nightmare to program and keep track of all of the hunt groups but it would give you how many messages were left in each dept.

I'm almost there. I just need to load the LASTATUS.TXT file from each HG directory and parse the CSV values of [New, ??, Opened, Saved] and and I'm done: Anyone know what the other digit in the string is used to indicate?

At least the VMPRO WebVM source files are easily modified. Clicking [LAUNCH] logs you right into the WebVM for that HG. Clicking Logout brings you back to this menu. The screen below is auto-generated from the CCR SQL list of HG's & extensions. I had to create another table to associate & organize them, but that was easily accomplished.

AVAYA, Wouldn't this be a nice App to use as an operator? :)

Visual VM would be a nightmare, yes. The HG number is increasing, not decreasing.
