I am trying to setup the Automated Attendant on our Partner Messaging 1.0 with Partner ACS R4 to que calls when the receptionist (ext 10) is on another call. In day mode, if ext 10 is busy, we would like the system to pickup the call, possibly play a message and place the call on hold, notifying ext 10 of the call. If possible, after a period of time we would like to send it to the general VMS box.
