how to que calls through AA

I am trying to setup the Automated Attendant on our Partner Messaging 1.0 with Partner ACS R4 to que calls when the receptionist (ext 10) is on another call. In day mode, if ext 10 is busy, we would like the system to pickup the call, possibly play a message and place the call on hold, notifying ext 10 of the call. If possible, after a period of time we would like to send it to the general VMS box.

If this can be done I know I can get the answer here.

The call can go to Ext. 10's mailbox if Ext. 10 doesn't answer, but not to the general mailbox (9991). The call will be answered by the auto attendant, then when the dial 0/timeout option expires it will transfer to the system operator (ext. 10), then will ring for the VMS Cover Rings amount, then cover to Ext. 10's voice mail.
