Hi,

For my schoolthesis, I have created a website. And I want to put my own image next to the URL of my website, this instead of the standard IE-image. The problem is that I don't know how to do this. Can anyone help me please?
You can find an example of this on following site:
Thanks!

There is a FAQ on this in the HTML/CSS forum:
faq215-356

You can download Iconforge which is all you really need. Do a net serch for this you will find it very easily.

Ok i've got a question...
i was on comusa's site this week and browsing dvd writers, and i didn't add them to my favorites, but their favicon still showed in my location bar. how'd they do that?

It's all explained at favicon.com
It's just a little java that IE picks up when you go to the page, and accepts as harmless, so it shows in favourites, as well as history list, it's still in the browser cache. If you empty the cache, it will be gone. Cheers,
Jim
