I have an IPOffice Small Business that has 4 active lines connected to the analog ports. The EU has decided to remove two of the lines and just go with 2 lines. I have read where you have to put the unused trunks "out of service". But I see no options to do that when I am looking at the trunks in Manager.
Can anyone help me finding where to go to put them OOS?

Where do I find Trunk Type? All that I see in the Menu Tree is Lines.

Just change the outgoing line group to something different in the line settings. If you can't do that, you probably shouldn't be trying :)
