I have 4 executable files to run on all 300 of our Win95 clients. I would like to do this through our NT4 server without depending on a logon script.

Is there a way to push an install of these apps on to all clients?

Thank you for any input!

hmm, not really. Thinking about it, if the 95 clients have a root share with administrator permissions you could create a perl script or even a batch script that would copy the excueables to the client and run them using autoexec.bat when they next reboot.

But that would depend on each win95 client having a root share, and the name of the share to be the same on all clients (or the script gets a bit more complex)

There are packages you could purchase to do this job. e.g. symantec ghost, using autoinstall.
