how to programming ddi on a kxtd 1232 2

will have alook in Prog man tomorrow at work I had a sililar problem a while ago. Make sure you have the right jack activated for "imediate" ring & that it is the right CO line. Try it on a different jack and see what happens just in case you have a hardware fault. prove whether it is hardware or software. Does the Main phone work every time or only the extn by setting up two phones to ring you can determine where the fault is.
