How to program symposium so that it output the file to a specified folder?

Hi, I am able to program so that it will print a call history from yesterday at 1 pm of each day. However, there is also an option that allows us to output it as an excel file. I specified the folder where I want it to put but it said that the directory must be shared. Hence I shared that specific folder and schedule it 1 pm of everyday of the week. at 1pm an error occurs saying: could not generate the file with Error code = -2147206462, Error Description: Dos error.

Anyone know what that error means ?

Schedule it to a shared folder on the CCMA.
Or give ICEADMIN account privileges to write elsewhere.

Hi, I did schedule it to a "shared" folder on the CCMA cuz if I didn't it would pop up an error saying that it is not a shared folder. and about your iceadmin account, do i need to ask someone in my department to allow me access to that account ? I am pretty new to this symposium

Just give the user(s) (read) right(s) on the shared folder.
