I don't have a book to hand but if memory serves me right it's actually known as a UCD (uniform call distribution) and the mnemonic as usual is AUCD (assign Uniform call distribution). It has been a while though but I'm sure that if I'm wrong, there are knowledgeable people here who will correct me!
If this is actually related to ACD that is located in a seperate command structure called Call Center WORX it has to be installed after the MAT commands have been installed and will put itself into the MAT commands. This of course is depending upon if you actually have Internal ACD versus External ACD. to program an ACD agent once in the CCWRX there are two icons one for LOGON data and another for POSITION data. the logon data is where you will program a person the ability to logon to the ACD and position data is where you would build an extension. **Warning** if not done properly meaning using number vastly apart from one another example 1000 and 9999 you can use more memory in the ACD which can cause issues with how the ACD handles your calls. If this is actually UCD the question was answered above by OZZIE
