Hello,

We have BC-11 and we would like to program a analogue extension like with the hot-line functionality.

That is:

When an authorized user is going to use the phone, he will be able to call any destination.

When a not authorized user is going to use the phone, we need that the extension will ring automatically a programmed destination number and that that user won't be allowed to call any other number.

Thank you very much and regards

Hi,

Use a delayed hotline, than a person with an authorisation code can make a call and a non authorized person will be forwarded to the programmed destination.

This programming is all possible within Extension Manager

Hello,

Thank you for the indications. But could you tell me which are the commands needed to program this functionality?

Regards

To program a delayed hotline use

SPEXI :DIR=..., OPT=D,NDC=......;
Where
DIR is extension number
NDC programmed destination number

And check
PARNUM=182 Length of delay time in Delayed hot-line

The parameter states the maximum time when an extension, defined as a Delayed hot-line, has to start dialling. On time out the call is automatically set up as a hotline call towards a predefined destination.

PRVAL value 2-16 in seconds
