I am trying to print just the design view of reports. Depending on the report, I either get just the title and page numbers printed or I get the preview tab printed. I know that I have successfully printed design view in the past...is there a setting I need to change?

I've never found a way of printing the actual design layout from within Crystal, I've always done it by hitting the Print Screen key to capture the screen image to the clipboard and then pasting into an imaging program, even MS Paint will do. It's a bit primitive I know but it does the trick on simple reports.

However, if you're looking to get a print out of all the report objects - fields, formulas etc, you can export this to a text file. Just go to
File -> Print -> Export -> select "Report Definition" as the format

Exporting Report Definitions is great for Formulas. But how about Running Totals definitions? I have a report with 40 or 50 RT's and am getting incorrect results. I thought that if I get hardcopy of all of them, I could compare and see if they are all basically the same.
