Hi, I have an Access97 .mdb, containing 13 import/export specs. How can I print them out in one job without opening them up one by one? Any idea? Thanks alot.

Jane:

I'm assuming you are printing out via a report?

If so, look at Sorting/Grouping. This would allow you to set a group band based on the Spec identifier and display only the information specific to that spec.

Hi, Larry! How can I create a report on the import/export specifications? These specs are not as visible as other objects, such as table, so, how can I create report using specification identifier? thank you for your help.

Jane:

Sorry for the delay in replying -- been on a vacation; much needed but glad to be back at work.

Perhaps I don't clearly understand the question. What are the import/export specs you are referring to? Some access object such as a query? Or are the vb code in a module?
