How to print SLSA Procomm Plus

Old phone tech, old 2000sx and new 3300 finally. I'm looking for any help on how to print a couple of forms from Mitel 2000sx with Procomm Plus. I would like to print "single line set assignment form" and a "digital line assignment form". I am trying to do inventory and set up a spreadsheet that is up to date.

Any help will be much appreciated.

It's been a while but...

I believe LPR3 is the console.

Maintenance commands

Formprint single line set assignment /port lpr3
then
enable print nonqueued
