We have a custom RMA Receiver designed in Crystal. Is there any way to pull the user's login and print it on the ticket? I looked in the RA_CustomerRMAWrk, but I don't see this information there. Any help is appreciated! We're on MAS200 4.2.

You need to add the userKey to the work file using Custom Office, then also add the SY_User table into the form.

Dawn,

Thanks for your help! Just to make sure I do this right, I go into UDF Field and Table Maintenance, pick RA Customer RMA Work, then "add".

Then name the field "USERKEY". What would be the correct data source? It has defaulted to "Business Object". I am assuming that I would pull the info from RA_ReturnHeader?

Go to the Help files and do a search on "Map". It will explain how to map UDFs.

Yes pull the UserCreatedKey from the header.

Then in your RMA form add the table SY_User and link by the key UDF to the key in SY_user.
