How to Prevent 15 IE window sessions from starting?

I'm starting to get a more secure PC...Outpost Firewall Pro, Kapsersky AV, Adaware SE, Ewido, Spybot, torjan hunter, etc...

Even with all these toys, I clicked on a link in IE 6, and it opened 4-5 IE windows, as fast as I clicked on 2-3 to close, 7-8 more opened...

Is there a utilty that stops this at 1 IE window session only?

I guess I miscommunicated!! You click on a link on a particuliar website and 15 IE .exe sessions open.... Yor system was clean prior...typical warez site... How do you stop that site from opening 15 .exe of Internet Explorer

If you were to hard-kill the Internet explorer.exe... You would be OK..

It it's only that site, don't go there. If you're talking a true warez site, there's no legal reason to go to those anyway.

It it's only that site, either their code is very buggy or it's trying to do something malicious and should be avoided in either case.

get a good free pop-up blocker. and stay away from those warez sites.
