Hi guys, I'm a new in your community, but I've read alot of thread and it was very helpful for me, thanks alot!

But now, I'm really "knocked" with something with the PhoneManager Pro...

I'm running on IPO R5, with a PM PRO 4.2.34 and I'm trying to Pop contacts in Outlook 2003. I can make call using Outlook but I cannot pop it. I'm so confused because all the problems I've read about, is to make a call with Outlook.

I can make a call using dialer.exe, and the tcmsetup configuration is GOOD. (I'm sure)

What can I do now?

Thanks alot and have a nice day!

Phil,

Look in phone manger preferences. The spanner icon. Pop settings are in there.

Yea I know... I have already activate "Pop Outlook" .

I need to tell too, I'm running on XP and Outlook opens when I open Phone Manager...

:(

Thanks alot!!

What version of Outlook are you using?
Are there any group poilcy restrictions in place on the user account?
have you installed TAPI? note that this will only work on 32bit.

may sound silly but i must also mention. you have got contacts in your outlook with the same numerical format as the incoming number? no local numbers with use of full area codes

Ok Guys, I've somes good news...

I can pop outlook with INTERNAL CALLS... Wtf?? Why the external call doesn't work?

I'm gonna try to put a 9 before the number in Outlook...

Thanks alot

------- Im using Outlook 2003 V11.56

------- For examples, The phone manager tell me this number : 2548875425
and in outlook we can read : (254) 887-5425
I don't know if it's my problem now =/

It work in internal calls...

After a little bit of search again, I think I've found the "reel" problem.

I need to remove the auto formatting for the telephone number fields in Outlook.

Some people saids I can change this in Regionnal and Location settings in the control panel of Windows XP Pro, but I cannot edit the telephone field...

Arrrggh, I'm so bored with this... my costumer wait for me... xD

Thanks guys and have a nice day!
