Rookie programmer needs help. I have phones off of a BCM with no line appearances, to use buttons for better things. I am now getting complaints that users can not pick up a held call from another set. This makes sense because there is no line appearance of this held call to grab it from. Is there any way to do this without having to make all lines appear on all phones?

Can you use the park facility, you should then be able to pick up from any phone by dialling the park number?
