How to Personalize Lables on second row of BM12

1. Use the Avaya “Menu” key (black button with the A icon)
2. Select Settings
3. Select Options & Settings
4. Navigate to Application Settings
5. Navigate to Personalize Labels
6. Select the button to label.
7. Use the number dial pad to enter the name (i.e. press the “2” key to enter A, B, or C)

how do i access the Second Row of Buttons on the BM12

Labelling Side Car Speed Dial Button
1. press the "pencil" icon on the side car.
2. select the Button that you would like to edit.
3. follow screen prompt to edit the name.
4. select the green check at the bottom right corner to finish.
