How to pass parameter from main report to subreport

How can I pass a parameter from the main report to a subreport in Crystal XI without having to enter the date multiple times. What I have is a report that uses date parameters and have imported a subreport that needs to use these same parameters. Right now I have 3 parameter prompts that needs to be filled in before running the report. I am trying to tie the main report's parameter to the subreport so the dates will only have to be entered once.

In The Main report Go to Edit >SubReport Links
Select the sub report you want to link the parameters.

From the "available fields" from the left panel select the parameter and add it to "Fields to Link to" on the Right Panel.

At the bottom from the "Subreport Parameters to use",
select ?Parameter.
