Hi, I have a Cisco Callmanader 4.1 and IPCC enterprise 6.0. I have 800 numbers in USA and receive them throgh internet in Mexico. I use to receive the caler ID but now I do not receive it. The Telephone provider asked me to send them packet capture traces for incoming calls, so we review the traces. We use a Softphone IP Communicator 2.0.1.1 in every computer. Could anybody help me with the instructions to capture packets please. Thanks in advance.
