how to open database without undo tablespace?

Hi,
I am using Oracle 9.2.0.1 on solaris platform.
Because of my undo datafile corrupted i want to open my db without undo tablespace and then to create a new undo tablespace.

(Note:Currently I have no backup.)

Change the undo parameter from spfile. Not sure though. Rollback segments can be removed from the initora file.
