How to Open Applications with Links?

Hi all,

I'm creating a CD with a flash projecter movie and interface.

I have links to PDFs and MPEGs that will be included on the CD.

How do I create links to open these files?

I tried get_URL withe a file://... address but that didn't work.

Suggestions?

Have you tried just the normal drive path?
c:\whatever\whatever.exe?

I dont know too much about projector, but I believe that's how you can do it...if not, I guess Yoda will come and here and teach me...(Oldnewbie)

I'm on a MAC.

Tried the specific path... no go.

Projector is just an encapsulated executable swf file.

Noah...

There have been quite a few threads in the past weeks on the subject. Try searching yourself with such key words as FSCommand, or exe, mpg, mov.
Mind you most of them concerned PCs but could be of some help on MACs!
