How to open 2013 calendar year in FRx

Hi all. We have multiple company databases in GP 2010. We use FRx 6.7 as well. In the CV company in GP 2010 a new 2013 calendar year was created and now the user wants this calendar opened up in FRx. None of us are GP or FRx pros at all so we don't know how to do this. Can anyone here help?

FYI, the calendar had already been setup in GP 2010 so we just needed to log into FRx as administrator and the user was able to open the calendar in FRx.
