Consider the following Examples
Region Quarter1 Quarter2 Quarter3 Quarter4
South 1000 100 200 300
North 1500 200 300 200
West 500 200 100 100
East 1000 500 400 400
Other 500 100 200 300 <- Ignore row

Total 3000 1000 1000 1000

I want to ignore the Other row in Total

Thanks in advance

Can you not use the SQL Expert to exclude this data.

I.E. - Region <> "Other"

You could either exclude those locations that fall into the "Other" category in your record select, or if you are using specified groups to define your groups within the crosstab, in the "other" tab, choose "discard all others."

If you want to display the "Other" row, but just not have it contribute to the total, then you'll probably have to do a manual crosstab and use a running total which evaluates based on a formula that excludes records in the "Other" category. I think that would be a confusing display though.
