I just learned from someone that "undisclosed-recipients" in the TO:, & CC: section of outlook express email is really assembled with selected email addresses behind it, so
that if one who is in the list recieved it and do a "reply-to-all" to this email, the "undisclosed-recipients" addresses would actually each receive the message he sent.
Is this true or not?

My other question if this is true, is: How does one assemble that hidden "undisclosed recipient's" addresses?
I am interested to use this method if this is true. Please help guys!

No, this is not true as long as long as the original sender put all recipients in the BCC: field.

That happens when you bcc someone, and don't put anyone in the TO: line. The RFC requires a TO: recipient. Systems that don't require it are actually non-conforming.

As smah mentions, it's not true in how you interpret it. BCC sends a SEPARATE message to each person who was BCCed, each with only that address in the headers.

THANKS SMAH, AND 58SNIPER,,,for the infos.

1 MORE Q: Is there any tools/options/ways to remove those left margin's arrows that build up after so many forward/reply to an email other than the manual use of repetitive, very inconvenient "delete" ??
