How to modify registry by group policy ?

I am searching how to midify a registry key via the group policies ?

Can I only do this by a .adm file ?

It's not all that easy without creating custon ADM templates. Take a look at this product it does what you are looking for, MS were so impressed they bought the company.

But I can't create my own ADM file, because I need to change a key in HKEY_USERS.
And I believe that I can't modify it with a ADM file.

I know PolicyMakerregistryExtension, but it seems not working on my config. Maybe I need to install it on my PDC.
In fact I install this on my PC and any server take my changes.

So I create a script to change my value on all my servers ... but it is not a good solution for me ...
