Hi,

I need to create a new outlook form based on an already-existing custom form.
I have selected the existing form and published it in my personal forms in order to make the modifications.
I then selected forms, design form, selected my saved form and changed some fields as a test, published and saved changes.
When I go back to choose the form to see if the changes worked, the form had reverted back to the old one, and no changes were saved.
What am I doing wrong?
Also, even though I modified the title of the form (when publishing), the title at the top remained the same as the old.

If anyone can help or can point me to some advanced Outlook form training material, that would be great.

Thanks!

I have just done more tests. And my modifications have now been saved. The only thing is the subject of the message form. I need to change it. Is this possible or do I have to create an altogether new form??
If so, is there a way to copy the settings of the old form into the new one?

Thank you,
Anna-Lyssa

I had this same problem yesterday. Look in your Drafts folder in Outlook and see if your edited document is there. Mine was. Hope this helps!

you have to click the publish button eachtime you update the form.

also make sure that the form you want to use is selected as the default form for use in the desired folder.
