its all in question. :)
I want to make shares available to users but only a share that user needs and nothing more.
 
To hide a share from being displayed in Network Neighborhood, add a $ to the end. You can still map it normally. And unfortunately Access Based Enumeration is not available with Windows 2000 (which might be what you're really asking for).
 
You can also restrict user access in the permissions. Just add only the users that need access to the shares. The shares will still be visible but not the contents to unauthorized users
