Is there a registry tweak that will allow you to set the priority for a process below normal?

When I click on in task manager I always get error message operation can't be performed access denied. I am logged on as the administrator on the console.

Hi!

In Task Manager goto the Processes tab. Find the actual process you want to modify and right-click on it. When you do, an item called "Set Priority" appears in the contextual menu. From this menu, you can select the priority you want to attribute to the specific process.

Best of luck,

Simon

If you would have noticed in my question I am already trying to use the task manager!
