How to manage resoyrces?

I've just begin this job. we are a consultant IT firm. I have more than 10 resources to manage: Res1, Res2,...Res10. These resources are not only working on project. If coompany A has a problem, I can send them Res3 to fix that problem and to work with them for only one day. I wanna find a way to see where each resource is affected (company A, company B, C, D...), to see the availibilty of the resouurce, do you have any idea?

What's wrong with View | Resource Usage and displaying "Remaining availability"?

If you have a ressource Michel, let's say, who goes to Company ACI, every time this comapny has a problem, OK, than multiply the number of company by 20 and tell me how can I track the availibility of Michel? It is not really projects what our ressources are working on...I hope you understand me
