How to Make True / False Buttons 1

I am new at flash and need to make several true and false buttons for a quiz file.
What action do I apply to the buttons for this type of answer.
Can I keep a track of how many right and wrong answers a person makes on the quiz.

i made a simple quiz at one time

its old so just mx and uses php/mysql to store the questions

if its any use then download it and if you need help adapting it then post again

I have by true false buttons on the pages.
How do I get the file to track the correct answers?
