How to make this specific graphic?

Hope that someone can help me with this ...

Unfortunately I couldn't find this particular graphic on any website so I need to create this graphic on my promo which I have failed many times. I need to create a torn/ripped piece of paper (like a torn magazine page). I tried to slice a square which I couldn't achieve. Please help.
