how to make the menu items always appear?

This has always bugged me, and especially now that I'm back modifying an Access application - how can I stop MS Office from hiding "unused items" from the menues? I've got Office XP right now.
 
I guess this wasn't too tough to figure out.
 
Does this mean you have sorted it out? - put a check beside "Always Show Full Menus
 
If you haven't found it yet, open an Office application (I did this from Excel) select Tools < Customize < Options - uncheck the box for Show Full Menus After SHort Delay and check box for Always Show Full Menus.

Hope that is what you want.
