This has always bugged me, and especially now that I'm back modifying an Access application - how can I stop MS Office from hiding "unused items" from the menues? I've got Office XP right now.
If you haven't found it yet, open an Office application (I did this from Excel) select Tools < Customize < Options - uncheck the box for Show Full Menus After SHort Delay and check box for Always Show Full Menus.
