Customer has a flash 2.0 vm and mics 6.o .Customer wants all zero calls in AA to restart ccr tree not transfer to any extension or general mailbox. Cannot make this happen. Thanks for any help.

I don't think Flash has s a repeat key.

First make sure return to AA = Y under AA/Grtg

An old trick I used to use but forgot if it was for this....
Then try entering in 000 as the Atdnt DN in AA/Table/Adtdnt and also in F982/Atdnt

It is...I just tested on my BCM.
When you press 0
"One moment please"
"The Operator is not available"
Path 0 from CCR then kicks in so keep you Greeting short and your Path 0 long.

You are correct there is no repeat key in the flash. Return to AA = Y is set. Tried the 000 in both places, calls continue to go to the general mailbox. Sounds like a simple request by the customer but not so simple to make work.

See my 2nd post above, perhaps because I do not use General Mailbox I wonder.

Disable General Mailbox by pressing 6 when you log into 983.
If that works then create mailbox 221 instead and test.

Disabled the gen mb and tested. Doesn't go to the gen mb, instead I got thank you for calling and it hung up. Is there a way to have the gen mb play a greeting that would instruct the caller how to return to the main greeting....if that is even possible??

Yes CCR tree 1 is enabled. Using 000 or "None" or VM ext# or HG# w/overflow to VM, all end up getting Gen MB greeting. Disabling Gen MB, I get "One moment please, the operator is not available, thank you for calling, hang up. I hate to give up but I'm getting out my white flag. Might need to sell them a Call Pilot.
