We use SX-200 MiTEL phone and Express Messenger system. I'm wondering how keys in greeting are set up for function. For example, in greeting, we can normally hear: "for technical support, press one; for account information, press two; ..". When we press "1", then we hear further "for home internet, press one; for business internet, press two; ...". Would you please tell me what tables in SX-200 should I check to make above set up working.

Our current greeting is only for one layer of selection: i.e. the client only make 1 option. Now we want to implement multi layer of selection: i.e. the client make the first option, then greeting is transfer to the option and say more sub options. What shall I do to make it work?

Any help and suggestion are welcome.

Our current greeting is only one layer option like: if 1, press 1; if 2, press 2...

We want to have sub-options like: if 1, press 1. After press 1, then if 1-1, press 1; if 1-2, press 2; etc.

Hope to have your suggestions. Thanks.

you would have to make mailbox 1 a menu mailbox then you will see the options to program the submenu if you are using the Manager software. The menu mailbox only shows up if you have a more current software version, can't remember exactly what version the menu option cam in.

Thank pandabear1. How to program the sub menu?

how are you accessing the mail, tui or thru the manager software?
